Das Hotel Zentik Project heißt Sie in Valladolid in der Region Yucatán, 39 km von Chichén-Itzá entfernt, willkommen. This property is fantastic. It’s like a mini boutique resort with so many facilities, many of them quirky and unique, but at the same time so tranquil. For the price it was excellent value. The room was large, airy, very clean and had travellers in mind, e.g multiple clothes hooks for towels, suitcase racks, spaces for storing items. The activities on site included a tour of the tortoise nursery (a must!), a gong bath, not to mention the fantastic underground cave with saline swimming pool. We also paid for massages which were excellent and super relaxing, clean and professional al spa. The staff were also excellent - very attentive, friendly and helpful. Properly the best service we’ve received on our two week holiday whilst in Mexico. On site restaurant had a great menu with a variety of local and classic dishes, high quality cuisine. Do not hesitate to stay here! A little out of the main centre but 6mins by taxi, only 20 mins to some of the best centres in the area.

A brand new, beautiful hotel, near to Chichen Itza. The staff were incredible, friendly, helpful and attentive. The whole place is landscaped and designed really well. The rooms are spacious, stylish and comfortable with a tv and fridge. The food was delicious, including Mayan cuisine and some other options like salads and pasta. The portions were all very large. It’s close to chichen itza and they will take you there in a minibus for a small fee. I loved watching all the brightly coloured birds who were nesting in the trees nearby. We really couldn’t fault it.

I had a wonderful stay, the hotel is so beautiful, Joel on the front desk was incredibly helpful. It's close to everything but not too noisy, has a lovely little pool. The rooms are lovely and our room was spotless.

Our stay was perfect. Juan was incredibly helpful and attentive and really takes pride in Casa Tunkul. The room was beautiful and spacious. It's only a short walk from the centre but still really peaceful at night. Highly recommended!

Gut gelegen im Zentrum von Mérida, bietet die Unterkunft Casa Amate 61 - Mérida centro klimatisierte Zimmer, einen Außenpool, einen Garten und kostenloses WLAN. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Casa Amate. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns das Design – alles in Rosa gehalten ist wirklich etwas Besonderes! Der Pool ist toll, und auch die Dachterrasse ist ein echtes Highlight – ich habe dort morgens Yoga gemacht. Unser Zimmer (Zweibettzimmer) war sehr schön, die Betten waren groß und super bequem. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns auch sofort unterstützt, als unser Gepäck verspätet angekommen ist. Die Lage ist gut. Wir haben uns die Fahrräder ausgeliehen (das kostet allerdings zusätzlich) und sind damit in die Stadt gefahren. Man könnte aber auch in 20 Minuten zum zentralen Platz laufen.

We ended up staying here for two nights unexpectedly after our flight was canceled, and we’re so glad we found this hotel. Despite being a last minute booking, the staff were incredibly accommodating, responsive, and helpful from start to finish. We were upgraded, and the room was absolutely gorgeous, clean and very comfortable. We did have a small issue with the hot water, but it was resolved within about 15 minutes, which was impressive. The location is extremely convenient and close to many great restaurants. The street can be a bit noisy at times, but that’s to be expected given how central the area is. The rooftop pool was beautiful and a perfect, relaxing escape. Overall, a fantastic experience especially during an otherwise stressful travel disruption and we would happily stay here again!
