From the customer service, guest relations staff, to the kitchen/cleaning staff, the cleanliness, the decoration, the details and everything, this place is absolutely fantastic! I stayed in the dorm room, but it was very comfortable and quiet. This place deserves a solid 10.

The room was perfect and it was a great surprise how it was set up for us :) The staff was lovely and caring, special thanks to Mayra, for taking great care during our stay :)

The design of this hotel is really something. Its so inconspicuous when you see the outside door. As soon as you enter it’s something else. Also one of the best things was the included breakfast.

El Cuyo in general is wonderful. Our family suite was really huge and neat. Staff is friendly and pool is great.

I sentrum av Mérida, 5 minutters gange fra Merida bussterminal og 1,3 kilometer fra Plaza Grande, ligger Kuka y Letras. An absolute gem that I felt very fortunate to have the opportunity to experience. Officially there are 2 locations a few doors apart and across the road. Both are beautifully designed and decorated and the owner and staff are just perfectly warm and welcoming. The breakfast, the bed, the shower and all the shared areas are excellent and a pleasure to spend your spare time in. I had a misfortunate accident while I was staying that required some medical attention and the wonderful staff were all very supportive, kind and caring whilst I worked through that. Thank you.
