It is exceptionally clean, rooms are perfectly arranged, huge living room and kitchen area. For the 5 of us (my wife, and 3 friends from which 2 is a couple) it was perfect. We only got 1 set of keys initially but we asked for another one and got it in an hour or so. We didn't even have to be home, it was left on the table for us in the evening. There is an awesome swimming pool, whirpool, gym area. The only thing to notice here is that you have to be fully dressed if you are a woman to use the swimming pool (muslim rules). Location was great and we loved every minute of our stay here.

Truly felt like a home away from home. Has all the amenities you need and a gorgeous view. A water filter for drinking water. Good hot showers, comfy beds and living area. Well placed power sockets and even a wireless charging dock. We enjoyed it so much despite it being towards the end of the city area. This meant a peaceful stay with a mall next door and laundry and convenience stores on the ground floor of the apartment building. For everywhere else, just GRAB. So worth it.

In-unit washer is a great help. The villa is one of several in the complex. While we were there, the occupancy rate was very low, and we practically had the place all to ourselves. Facing the ocean means you get unobstructed view of the daily spectacle of sunsets. During low tides when the ocean front is accessible, the entire beach (quite flat out into the water) is for our enjoyment.
