Fabulous apartment. I wish I could live there! Fantastic balcony overlooking the river. Swimming pool. I didn't cook, but all is there if you want to. So great to have a washing machine after two weeks of travelling. Location is good too. Near enough to walk to the waterfront, but out of the town centre. Very clean and quiet. Communication with the owners was excellent. I had a couple of queries which were answered immediately.

The hotel was beautifully set in the rain forest and so well maintained for comfort and style. The hotel staff went out of their way to look after us and make sure we had everything we needed. Our family enjoyed the tours arranged by the hotel to the National Park. Mulu was a real highlight of our trip to Malaysia. Also love that the hotel is working hard to make sustainable choices to reduce waste and keep this amazing environment beautiful.

The staff is amazing. Very attentive and making your stay very special. The food in the restaurant is expetionally good. It's a very peaceful place, perfect to rest and relax. Many different cozy spaces you and enjoy , even when it's raining. Shuttle service around Santubong: at any time they drop you off where you want and then pick you up. I will be back for sure.
