The staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms, particularly the ones on the first floor, are nice and breezy. The swimming pool is very clean and a great way to laze around on a hot afternoon. There are hammocks and communal sitting areas too, so one has plenty of space to use.

We had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse. The location is perfect and the place is spotless. You can tell the owner pays great attention to every detail, which makes the stay truly comfortable. Honestly, you’d have to be really picky to find anything to complain about. Highly recommended!

Everything was very clean. Our room was cleaned every day. The staff was super friendly. The location was perfect. Only a 10‑minute walk to the city center. We had a very beautiful view from our room. The pool and garden were beautiful and well maintained.

Hotel Real La Merced sijaitsee Granadan historiallisessa keskustassa ja tarjoaa ulko- ja sisäuima-altaan. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. They are a credit to the hotel. Reception can even help to organise tours. The hotel itself is gorgeous and very clean. It's in the centre of Granada so plenty of options for restaurants. Breakfast is lovely with plenty of options. Management checked in with me several times to see if I was happy.
