You're less than a minute away from a beautiful sand beach where you can hang out or surf. In the afternoons you have a perfect view of the beautiful sunsets over the ocean. The facilities are in amazing conditions and in general the house looks like it is from an architecture magazine. You wake up in the early morning from the sound of the waves and the chirping of the birds. All in all just an incredible experience. The two things I'd like to highlight specifically: 1. Ali and Frania (the hosts) have been incredibly nice and helpful. Whenever I needed something they got it organized within less than an hour and always had helpful advice and recommendations. Their staff is great as well. 2. I worked remotely from the property for the entire week and that worked out super smoothly and seamlessly. The rooms are equipped with a desk and the internet is super fast (probably faster than what I have in my apartment in New York). Electricity and the internet also continued working when the village itself experienced an outage (happened 1-2 times briefly during my stay). All in all, I highly recommend staying with Ali and Frania, it's going to be one of those positive and special experiences that stay with you for a while

Beachside stay at Villa ViYarte conta com acomodação com piscina ao ar livre, estacionamento privativo grátis, jardim e terraço em San Juan del Sur. Playa Marsella fica a 5 minutos a pé de distância. Highly recommend Villa ViYarte! Beautiful location, great set up and lounge areas, lovely staff. The food at the restaurant is delicious. Perfect place for getaway, we will be back for sure.

Tukasa - Surfhouse Popoyo oferece acomodação com piscina ao ar livre, estacionamento privativo grátis, terraço e bar em Popoyo. Playa Santana fica a 2 minutos a pé de distância. Very clean spacious and comfortable. It’s a beautiful luxurious hostel. Breakfast is very good with generous portions. The pool and the sun beds are perfect to relaxe. It’s a 2 min walk from the beach and 20min walk from the beginners bay surf spot. I totally recommend:)

The garden has a pool, a place to chill and place to park your scooter safely. Ligia and her son are so nice and helpful. I really recommend staying with them Keep in mind: there’s no hot water for shower, but it’s not just here. It’s everywhere in Nicaragua

The standard rooms were just upgraded from fan to aircon. The food in the restaurant was really good and the prices low. Such a wonderful place and we give our highest recommendation.

Gorgeous and well taken care of. This place is aptly named. I liked that there were people from around the world but it isn’t a giant business. Very intimate.
