You're less than a minute away from a beautiful sand beach where you can hang out or surf. In the afternoons you have a perfect view of the beautiful sunsets over the ocean. The facilities are in amazing conditions and in general the house looks like it is from an architecture magazine. You wake up in the early morning from the sound of the waves and the chirping of the birds. All in all just an incredible experience. The two things I'd like to highlight specifically: 1. Ali and Frania (the hosts) have been incredibly nice and helpful. Whenever I needed something they got it organized within less than an hour and always had helpful advice and recommendations. Their staff is great as well. 2. I worked remotely from the property for the entire week and that worked out super smoothly and seamlessly. The rooms are equipped with a desk and the internet is super fast (probably faster than what I have in my apartment in New York). Electricity and the internet also continued working when the village itself experienced an outage (happened 1-2 times briefly during my stay). All in all, I highly recommend staying with Ali and Frania, it's going to be one of those positive and special experiences that stay with you for a while

Amazing place, very nice staff, super helpful. Loved the tasty breakfast included in the price. Great value for money and convenient location close to surf beaches. Lots of additional activities like yoga, HIIT, games and movie nights, family dinners, parties made me feel instantly like I belong to the lovely community. Definitely will come back and recommend! 🙂

Ometepe House fica em Moyogalpa, Ometepe, e oferece acomodações com Wi-Fi grátis, estacionamento privativo grátis e acesso a uma piscina coberta. The establishment is amazing! The garden has a pool, a place to chill and place to park your scooter safely. Ligia and her son are so nice and helpful. I really recommend staying with them Keep in mind: there’s no hot water for shower, but it’s not just here. It’s everywhere in Nicaragua

Com vista para a piscina, Banana Tree Popoyo fornece acomodação, piscina ao ar livre, jardim, área de praia privativa e terraço em Popoyo. Banana Tree is a gem and is now my go-to spot in Popoyo. This is a newer property compared to many in the area, and I also find it to be a better value than some of the other options. The bungalows are VERY well-stocked; I’ve been coming to Nicaragua for many years, and I’ve seldom seen a kitchen so well appointed. They had everything you would need to cook a great meal—even a blender for the fresh fruit nearby! I can tell the host cares, because he goes out of his way to stock Agua Roca water (the best in Nica). The pool and facilities are top notch. And it’s also QUIET. This isn’t some party vibe, and you can relax with a book by the pool all day. It’s also a stones throw from the beach and a bunch of restaurants. And there are two small stores within walking distance. The host, Aaron, is incredibly friendly and quickly helped me out whenever I needed anything. And YES, they do have actual banana trees with the most amazing bananas you’ll ever have!
