I recently stayed at this hotel for my second tine and it exceeded my expectations in every way again. The location was perfect, offering easy access to T-Bane. The view from the hotel was breathtaking, adding a touch of magic to my stay. My room was impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The staff were not only professional but also genuinely friendly, making my experience truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful stay. Soecial thanks to the receptionist with curly hair having shift on the 17.2 in the evening, who went an extra mile and took care of my upcoming departure.

Scandic Holmenkollen Park has opened its doors again, after extensive renovation and remodeling. Whenever we visit Norway, especially Oslo, this is our hotel. The breakfast is unbeatable.

This stylish hotel is 100 m from Karl Johans Gate, Oslo Central Station and Oslo Cathedral. I loved everything about this hotel! The room was clean, the décor made the room feel cozy, the bed was so comfortable I didn’t want to leave. The bar was also nice. I could have stayed in my room for my entire stay. Thankfully, it is right in the city center so I could convince myself to get up and out.

Overlooking Oslo from high above Holmenkollen, Voksenasen Hotell; Best Western Signature Collection is surrounded by nature. The place is superb. Green, forest, clean air, birds, singing. It worth to mention also the view toward the golf from the top of that hill.

WONDERFULL!! Everything was so great, I didnt expect this at all as it was a last minute booking. Eggs Benedict, served with speed and quality. The room was HUGE and almost opulent.

The iconic DFDS ferry sailing from Oslo to Copenhagen travels across Skagerrak and Kattegat, stopping in Frederikshavn on the way. New experience . Professional staff.

We had been charmed with our stay at The Thief back in 2019 & didn't hesitate to book with them twice, both coming as well as going, on our most recent trip to Norway. I am very delighted to report that once again, we were so happy to be stolen away by this lovely boutique hotel! The location is fantastic with great views of the fjord. The area is car free, very walkable with a ton of restaurants & bars nearby, yet not so close that the nightlife disturbed our sleep. The rooms were spacious, the beds comfy and the staff was warm, friendly and welcoming. The Spa was an absolute godsend after our long flight. And the breakfast was truly epic! I think it is the best breakfast buffet we have ever encountered anywhere on all of our travels. Such a HUGE selection, there was something to please everyone. When we return to Norway, we will definitely be staying here again!

Lysebu Hotel is located at Tryvannshøyden Hill above Oslo, 750 metres from the Voksenkollen metro station. Great breakfast, good variety, beautiful views.
