Boasting pool with a view and views of mountain, Anglers Lodge is a recently renovated holiday park set in Coromandel Town, 15 km from Driving Creek Railway and Potteries. The location up on Coromandel Peninsula is simply beautiful. We walked across the road to the rocky beach for sunset each evening, where you could hear a pin drop, very peaceful! This is a lodge that caters to campers as well as folks renting kitchenette rooms, like us. People come here for the fishing, and I heard it was very good. If we had stayed another day, it would have been fun to go out on a charter boat for a day of fishing. We went on excursions each day, one was to hike the Coromandel Coastal Walkway, just fantastic. There is no shortage of fun things to see and do here. You do have to bring groceries with you, as there is no restaurant nearby.

Welcome to Oceans 88. We are absolute waterfront overlooking our stunning harbour with it’s own jetty. Literally, a hop skip and jump from the pool into the sea. Very well equipped. Private and quiet. Good laundry facilities.

This accommodation was chosen for a work trip. Chartre Manor is an amazing place to relax after a busy day. There are edible treats galore and a complimentary homemade gin and tonic associated with a longer stay. The accommodation sits perched on a hill , so the views are amazing. I enjoyed a walk each evening to a nearby bush walk. The hills invigorated me after a busy day. Anna-Marie ensured that my every need was met - including providing lactose free options. Overlooking Thames and featuring beautiful sea views, Grafton Cottage and Chalets offers private chalets. Facilities include an outdoor swimming pool, hot tub and BBQ. The location was perfect, the cottage was very comfortable and warm, my children loved it, and despite the rain, they still enjoyed playing in the pool
