Nestled between mountains and sea, Jumeirah Muscat Bay offers true tranquility and a great sense of escaping the everyday. Everything about Jumeirah is excellent. Staff is too good from concierge to restaurant, valet to housekeeping everyone was so welcoming and kind that it makes everything perfect. I’d never been to a Shangri-La property before but do travel a lot and have seen many five star hotels so I can definitely say that they were amazing here. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and the service level was completely on point as well as the hospitality. I’ve worked with high level hotels for years so I have good reference and would highly recommend this hotel. We were sad to leave and will miss it. I almost didn’t want to post this review to keep it a secret but the staff absolutely deserves 10 STARS 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I had a wonderful time at Al Bustan Palace hotel. Lovely room overlooking the beautiful garden and swimming pool. Enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere at the pool. But what made the stay unforgettable is the unwavering service from the staff. Particularly Seda, who went to buy a collector's item in the city especially for me that I wanted. And Bandana who prepared special tea for me every day against my cold. Fasrul who gave me all his attention and patiently listened to my stories. I was touched when Seda, Bandana and Fasrul gave me the collector's item as a souvenir of my stay. I'll never forget! With such staff, any hotel stay would be a wonderful experience!

This 5-star beachfront resort in Muscat is a 15-minute drive from Muscat International Airport. It has a spa with massage services, swimming pools. Very beautiful and quite with sophisticated and luxurious touch. They have 3 pools and one of the longest in the Middle East. They provide ACs in bathrooms if you feel the weather is hot. The club lounge was pretty good. The service was super good and very kind and accommodating staff. Laundry service was quick and efficient.
