We really loved Tiki Lodge. Everything was brand new and set up with great care and attention to detail. The hotel rooms are located behind the restaurant, and the lodge is small-scale with only five rooms. All rooms overlook the swimming pool and have their own private terrace. Because of the layout, it truly feels like a little paradise. The bed is very comfortable, and you can really rest and recharge there, which is especially nice when you’re traveling. The restaurant has a warm and cozy atmosphere; besides a lovely breakfast, you can also enjoy great dinners and cocktails. And last but not least, the staff are very attentive and make you feel truly pampered.

Hotel Santa Catalina Panama is set on the beach front, 20 meters from the popular surfing spot of La Punta. This property is a 12 minute walk from Playa Estero, the sandy beach in Santa Catalina. Everything was perfect. Beautiful and well maintained place. Great rooms, great location and great service for everything we asked for. Nice bar with good food and not pricey

Manta Project has an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, a garden and terrace in Morrillo. The property features a restaurant, as well as a bar. I had such a beautiful stay at Manta Project. It truly feels like a hidden gem on the Pacific coast of Panama. From the moment I arrived, the owners and staff made me feel completely at home — warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. The room was very well design with elegant touches and comfortable arrangements, with a cozy bed and soft pillows that made it easy to fully relax and rest. You could hear the monkeys and a variety of birds in the morning and throughout the day. The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and prepared with care. And the sunsets… simply gorgeous. Watching the sky transform into shades of gold, pink, and deep orange each evening was magical. The night sky was also stunning. The whole experience felt peaceful, intimate, and special. If you’re looking for a quiet, beautiful place to disconnect and recharge, this is it. I can’t wait to return.

We had an amazing stay at Timeout Cabañas in Santa Catalina. Perched above a cliff, the hotel offers absolutely stunning sunset views over the ocean – the kind you sit and watch with a cold drink in hand, not wanting the moment to end. The beach is just a short walk down the path, perfect for a quick swim, or you can relax at the beautiful pool with its own pool bar and soak up the atmosphere. The English owner makes everything easy – communication is effortless, and he organized fantastic tours and reliable transfers for us. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-equipped with a coffee maker and a large fridge – everything you need for a comfortable stay. A big plus: the tap water comes from a well and is safe to drink. All in all, a great hotel with friendly staff, excellent service, and one of the best sunset spots in Santa Catalina. Highly recommended.

Shower had great water pressure and the kitchen was well equipped. Great location with an easy walk to each beach and restaurants.

Located in Santa Catalina, 300 metres from Estero, OceanFront Bungalows - Paradise Rentals provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a private beach... We loved our stay here. The location was great for being a short walk to restaurants, and halfway between Estero Beach and Playa Santa Catalina, meaning we could walk to either. The sunsets from the property were beautiful, so make sure to hang around there during that time. This was a great spot to be with our 10 and 7 year old who loved the pool! This is a great place if you are self sufficient as it isn’t a full service hotel but it was perfect for us as a comfortable, relaxing, beautiful place to hangout in between seeking adventures. Estero beach nearby was great for surf lessons for the kids and the day trip to coiba from Playa Santa Catalina were well worth it.
