The hotel boasts impressive interiors with antique exposed bricks, vaulted ceilings and sleek designer style furniture. Cusco’s cathedral and main square are only 3 blocks away. Breakfast offered a variety of food. I particularly loved the Thanksgiving menu.

Tambo del Inka, a luxury establishment located in the Sacred Valley of the Incas, is the only hotel in Urubamba that has a private train station with connections to Machu Picchu. This was our second time to go to this hotel. I like so much the rooms, the huge common spaces and the wellness. The coffee machine in the room is a real extra. We traveld to Machu Picchu with the train (from the hotel’s train station) - it’s very comfy.

Aranwa is set on a sumptuous 17th century hacienda on the road to Machu Pichu. Luxurious facilities include a swimming pool, a spa featuring alternative medicine treatments and a museum. The comfortable beds , the jacuzzi in the room, we also enjoyed the jacuzzi outdoors and the bonfire.

Absolutely adored this stay, really unique and the staff are amazing and really helpful. However it is about 1.5 hrs away from Cusco, uber is cheap to use! But unforgettable stay!

Our host Marcelino was incredibly accommodating and kind. He provided an excellent and quick laundry service, stored our luggage while we were away for a few days, and prepared nourishing breakfasts for us every morning. We really enjoyed talking with him about the area and learned a lot from him. His dog is also so sweet! The room we stayed in was spacious and clean. We really liked the quiet but central location. Finally, the green space is beautiful and so nice to have access to in a city! Overall an amazing stay and we really hope to return someday.

Henry was our host and he is the absolute best. Beautiful place. Very clean rooms. Located on fruit farm so I picked a ton of fresh fruit and ate all that I wanted. Fresh water pool was amazing. Incredible restaurant is only a 5 min walk away. Highly recommend staying here.
