Enai is located in the forest, on the shore of the Madre de Dios River, 15 minutes from the city of Puerto Maldonado. Enai has a restaurant, outdoor pool, bar and garden. The BEST amazon experience we could ever have! Staff: They were very nice and helpful. They were responsive to all our questions about activities and other information before our arrival. When we got there, we felt welcome and being supported. It felt that everyone tried their best to make our stay comfortable. Carlos at the reception was kind and considerate. Richard at the bar was nice and supportive. Staff at the tour desk were also very patient and supportive. Tour: We LOVE our guide Manuel who took us to the night walk and Sandoval lake tour. He was dedicated to help us find as many wild animals as he could. A very reliable and supportive man. We felt that he sincerely cared about the tour and the forest! It was impressive and heart-warming. The hotel offers a variety of tours, worth of exploring :) Food: LOVE the restaurant. food was delicious and well prepared! Hightly recommend Hotel Enai to everyone that visits Puerto Maldonado! Wish we could go back some day in the future.

Featuring a vegetarian restaurant, Kapievi Ecovillage offers accommodations in Puerto Maldonado. The property is a 15-minute car ride from the city's main square. This small hotel is brilliant and offers a real jungle-like feeling. Although it’s a little distance from the city center, the atmosphere you get in return is absolutely worth it – peaceful, unique, and very relaxing. What really stands out is the staff: incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. They truly make you feel welcome. The restaurant deserves special praise. It’s not only vegetarian but offers a wide variety of options, and the quality is honestly on a Michelin-level. I loved the food and tried every dish – each one was amazing. The hotel itself is small, but very charming and beautifully designed. The lounge music was also perfectly to my taste and added to the relaxed vibe. The pool is also a lovely spot to relax the mind and soul. Overall, everything was top-notch. I would love to come back and highly recommend this place. Situated in Puerto Maldonado, Posada Casa Bonita offers accommodation with a private pool, a balcony and garden views. Great place to chill for a few days. All rooms are equpipped with fan and AC and private bathroom and fridge. Clean place all over. Theres a bar, a beautiful pool and the host is fantastic and very friendly. Even took us out to buy some food anf other stuff. Helped us with everything. This place wilk make you chill out. Its worth it. There is harldy anything bad we can mention.

Situated in Puerto Maldonado, CHOMI HOUSE TAMBOPATA offers a bar. This holiday home has a garden and free private parking. Elmer and his family, the owners, are lovely. We really felt welcome and looked after like special guests. They own a basic but lovely log cabin with a pool on their property. We stayed there one night before doing our 3 days trip into the Amazon and it was perfect. They did provide local breakfast as part of the room fees and a lovely dinner at a reasonable price.

Offering all-inclusive rates and located in Puerto Maldonado in the Madre de Dios Region, Corto Maltes Amazonía provides bungalow accommodations deep in the amazon jungle. Very nice lodge, in the middle of the jungle. Many birds and small wild life in the lodge. Expeditions organised by the lodge are various and with excellent guide (Moses). The swimming pool is a plus. Cook is great. Bungalows are very confortable. We highly recommend !

Excellent location right on the Rio Tambopata. All meals and numerous activities included. Located right next to the Amazon Shelter for Animal and Environmental Protection, which you can visit for a small donation and receive a guided tour. Very friendly and family-like atmosphere. La Fauna Hotel is located in Puerto Maldonado and features a pool with a view and inner courtyard views. A public bath and a bicycle rental service are available for guests. I loved the pool, plants and turtle! Wonderful staff and food.

Situated in Puerto Maldonado, La Habana Conservation Area offers accommodation with a balcony. There is a fully equipped private bathroom with shower and free toiletries. My experience was excellent. The staff were always very kind and helpful, and the pool and facilities were very well maintained and spotlessly clean. In addition, their cocktails and food were truly delicious.

Located in Puerto Maldonado, KORYARES HAUS-TAMBOPATA offers accommodation with a private pool, a patio and pool views. The property features garden and inner courtyard views. Very friendly hosts, they were always there for us and helped us a lot. They know a lot about the area the rainforest and about medicinal plants. There is a small pool and a kitchen. We stayed a lot in the hostel because we liked it so much
