Welcoming and very helpful staff. Great location within a walkable area close to great restaurants and coffee shops. Nice room with a modern design and great views (12th floor with city view).

Everything was top notch. The location with lots of food cafes and restaurants around the corner. The rooms incl beds which are super comfortable. Great breakfast. And most important, the staff, so nice and helpful with everything. I have stayed at several Melia hotels over the years and they always deliver a great experience.

Excellent breakfast buffet with lots of fruit and all possible options. The room was very big and specious! The location next to the el Olivar park I was upscale, very lush and green, quiet with lots of security police due to many embassies in the area We enjoyed the pool on top of the hotel with its relaxing atmosphere.

We stayed at this hotel twice during our Peru visit. Absolutely loved it, it's a fantastic hotel! The central location, plenty of lovely restaurants nearby. Comfortable and spacious rooms with everything we needed. The quirky design, colors, details. Wonderful breakfast buffet with exceptionally accomodating schedule: 6-11am and until 12 noon on Sundays. The 13th floor swimming pool with city views. Well-equipped gym with Technogym machines. We took the hotel's transfer service to the airport upon our departure, courteous, professional and stress-free service. And the personnel is amazing, everybody is so kind, friendly and professional. The owner is very responsive to our needs and the apartment is beyond our expectations. It is huge, clean and the location is walking distance to groceries and tourist areas in Miraflores.

Excellent overall. Cant speak highly enough of the staff and the hotel infrastructure. Fully on point on all aspects. Met or exceeded expectations, I do not write any reviews at all but this was worth it.
