Situated in Boracay, 400 metres from D'Mall and 600 metres from Boracay White Beach, Ferra Hotel and Garden Suites boasts a rooftop pool bar along with an outdoor swimming pool, an on-site restaurant... They really stepped up their game, every employee’s customer service was exceptional. Although it’s a boutique hotel, they made us feel like we were staying in a 5-star property. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. They set the standard so high! We’re now staying in a real 5-star hotel, but honestly, the customer service still doesn’t come close to theirs.

A quite place, large clean decent rooms, beach front though I think not for swimming really since the whole place packed with kite surfers......nice, kind friendly staff.....overall experience was excellent.

It is right at the center, once you step out of the hotel you are already within D-mall and the beach is only a few steps away. Friendliest staff and excellent service. Felt very taken care of. Waking up in the room was one of the best feelings haha will never stop raving about it to others

The stuff and service were just outstanding! Constantly made small, caring gestures. Always took care of us and attentive our wishes. Room clean and nice, and in our room was 2 bathrooms with 2 toilets, which is very comfortable if one wants to shower and the other privacy in the toilet😆 Excess straight to the beach for breathtaking sunsets and chilled sunbathing (coconut trees natural sun shade), with amazing service and constant refresh with cooled water, totally safe for belongings (always stuff watching it). It was so far one of the best places we stayed in Phillipines and not just for the location, but for professional care of the stuff!

The view was absolutely breathtaking—truly the closest you can get to the Boracay beach, with its sparkling white sand and turquoise waters stretching out before me. The staff deserves special recognition for their genuine friendliness and efficiency. Every interaction felt personal and warm, and they went above and beyond to accommodate my various requests. This level of attentiveness made my stay feel uniquely tailored to my needs. The managers were equally impressive, always present and ensuring that every guest, including myself, was fully satisfied and had their needs anticipated. Breakfast was a highlight of my stay. Dining in a pleasant beachfront setting was a delightful way to start each day, and the combination of excellent food and impeccable service made it even more memorable. The serene atmosphere added an extra layer of magic to the experience. The location of the hotel is simply unbeatable. Situated on the long stretch of Boracay's iconic white beach, it enjoys a prime spot where the beach is cleaner and less crowded. It felt like my own slice of paradise.
