They really stepped up their game, every employee’s customer service was exceptional. Although it’s a boutique hotel, they made us feel like we were staying in a 5-star property. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. They set the standard so high! We’re now staying in a real 5-star hotel, but honestly, the customer service still doesn’t come close to theirs.

Situated in Boracay, a few steps from Bulabog Beach, Aqua Boracay features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness centre and a garden. Excellent Aqua Baracay Hotel! Everything was simply great — we were very satisfied with the service and the staff. The employees are very attentive, friendly, and truly care about their guests. The hotel offers a convenient city shuttle that runs once an hour and takes guests to different points around the city. On the way to the beach, it stops near a market, and from there it is only a 3–5 minute walk to the beach, which is very convenient. We would especially like to highlight the airport transfer — it was organized perfectly, comfortable, punctual, and hassle-free. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The pool is not very deep, but it is great for relaxing. The territory is beautiful and well maintained, making it a pleasant place to spend time. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay, were very happy with everything, and would gladly return again!

Set within the island of Boracay, Ferra Premier by JG is within 200 metres from Bulabog Beach and 800 metres from White Beach Boracay. The hotel boasts of an outdoor swimming pool, and a restaurant. Absolutely very welcoming and amazing staff! From the moment we stepped inside the hotel till the moment we left! The structure is very welcoming and well designed. The rooms have enough space and the beds are comfortable. Great selection for breakfast. The reception is available 24/24 h! We had breakfast included in our stay, but the last day we left the hotel at 6 AM due to our early flight, but the staff made sure to pack us some sandwiches and a bottle of water so we could have a snack on our way! You can easily organize a pick up/drop off with the hotel staff! The location is great: 2 min walk from Bulabog Beach and 2 min away from DMall. White Beach is also reachable by walk (around 5 minutes), so everything was pretty close! Definitely stay here when you visit Boracay!

The location is exceptional, close to white beach, very friendly staff who made our stay that much better, great communication and very helpful with local knowledge
