Ana, the GM greets you on arrival and gives you a great overview of the area. We were nervous about the road down, but she offered to help us at any time and was very gracious and very responsive - we could text her at any time for help. We loved the breakfast served each day and her kind staff was accommodating when we had to leave early, and they were there for us. Even the landscaper we ran into was saying how lucky he was to work there! I wish we could have stayed longer. My husband was obsessed with the cats who live in property!
