The place is located in a gorgeous and peaceful area! The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. Three House Hotel features an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, a garden and terrace in Funchal. Miguel was the ultimate host. He provided us with a tour of the property upon arrival and then provided itineraries for each day based on what we wanted to see on the island via our rental car. He was available 24/7 via WhatsApp for any questions including providing a self walking tour of the Christmas lights. The rooftop bar/pool area was very nice with views of the city. Having access to free laundry on the fifth floor was very convenient. The fresh pastries on the doorknob in the morning ❤️

Ideally situated in Funchal, TURIM Santa Maria Hotel features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, private parking and room service. Great location and very friendly staff. We liked everything about the hotel. Would love to come back!

Overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, Casa das Proteas is located at Estrada das Covas nº8, São Jorge, Madeira Island, 50 km from Funchal. The location is excellent as a starting point for several hikes. Owner is very nice and she cooks very well! Breakfast was good and the room was clean and comfy! We had a nice ocean view!

L'Hotel Baía Azul, de 4 estrelles, gaudeix d'una ubicació ideal a prop del passeig marítim de Funchal i ofereix una piscina exterior amb una terrassa amb vista sobre l'oceà Atlàntic. It was very neat, the buffet, the restaurant, the pool, everything was great excellent ! We were not that far from Funchal and you can access the Ocean by foot from the hotel.

The staff was super kind and helpful, thanks to each and every one that made our stay memorable. Breakfast buffet had a great variety of both cold and hot options, as well as gluten free options which is also highly appreciated. Would come back and recommend to others.

Recently awarded as Europe's Leading Design Hotel, the luxurious Vine Hotel is located in Funchal and offers a fusion restaurant with stunning views, a Wine Therapy Spa, and a rooftop infinity pool. Central location, overall vibe and beds were very comfy. We had a courtyard/shopping mall interior room which was very quiet. Pool was cool.
