A house to be away from the city, noise and confusion and have contact with fauna and flora in their natural habitat. The experience here was fantastic. The modern bungalo spacious and very clean, the beds very comfortable. The dinner at the restaurant and the breakfast were exceptional, not to mention the location, in the middle of the green and with a small zoo with animals including a deer, parrots, peacocks and others. The staff is so friendly and welcomed us with a smile, everything seems to be taken care of in detail. I highly recommend it.

A good location for a hassle-free holiday in Alvaiázere, Wellbeing guesthouse Casa é Connosco is a bed and breakfast surrounded by views of the mountain. Immaculately clean and comfortable. It was right on the Camino which I was walking. The dinner was exceptional with many home-grown fruits and vegetables. This place is one of Portugal’s hidden gems.

Refúgio da Quinta Nere Maitia in Santarém provides adults-only accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool and a garden. The check in office was open from 4-7 pm and when we arrived, the hosts were in the office and they made it so easy. Patrick & Simone (owners and developers of the property) were so friendly, kind, helpful, happy, and made us feel welcome and comfortable.

Boasting a garden and views of garden, L'École Eco Resort is set in Água Travessa, 49 km from Almourol Castle. There is a restaurant serving Portuguese cuisine, and free private parking is available. 100% recommend. We had a wonderful weekend. the place was clean, the rooms were well designed and had everything we would need. The staff is incredibly friendly and nice. We also enjoyed our dinner.
