We had a fantastic experience at the hotel, especially enjoying the thermal pool – it was amazing! What stood out to us was the exceptional service, both by the pool and at the bar. The staff was attentive and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also had a toast for dinner one evening, and it was delicious! The price was very reasonable for such great quality. Overall, we had a wonderful time and highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for relaxation and great service.

Hotel Berne usytuowany jest w miejscowości Manteigas, w górach Serra da Estrela. Oferuje on pokoje z balkonem z widokiem na zalesioną okolicę. The property felt like luxury accommodation in the mountains. I stayed here as I was competing in a local trail race, Estrela Grande Trail, and it was perfect. All the staff were friendly and helpful in particular, Rafael. All meals and the breskfast were great each day.

Beautiful location and facilities, including the pool and winery with a tour explaining the organic grapes grown. The wine tasting with charcuterie tray was superb. We were thrilled to help with grape picking in the morning, receiving a basket of grapes to enjoy munching on. Each family member is friendly, kind and passionate about their business, also helping with the cheese factory location nearby.
