I honestly didn't expect this much of variety of food. It truly exceeded my imagination. The hotel is pretty centric halfway between the train station and city centre. Our room was facing to the main street and only the tram was a bit noisy, but it was not disturbing during the night. I had no enough time to stay a little in the hotel terrace, try the sauna or drink a cocktail, but every minute was perfect. Highly recommend.

Stuff is very welcoming, room was spacy and clean. Bonus points for extra orthopedic pillows. Good modern TV. Great SPA in the facility for reasonable price. Breakfast is modest, but good quality

Spa was amazig, so many types of sauna available, very clean, provided everything needed (towel,slipers,robe). Room was superb. Big and clean, modern amenities, just beautifull. Exactly like in the pictures. Breakfast was until 12, such a great spread, something for every taste. Delicious. On site parking, free for guest.

This is probably the most welcome we have felt at any hotel we've stayed at. From the moment we arrived we knew straight away that we would love this place and by the time we left we felt like family. The check-in far exceeded our expectations. Goga is an absolute angel and she was super engaged, friendly and happy. She gave us a tour of the entire place (surely something from a fairytale?) and explained everything brilliantly. She told us how we could book the spa, what time breakfast was and lots of information about the place. Then she showed us to our room (the best room, as she said!) and we were absolutely blown away. From this point we were absolutely in awe of the facility, the surroundings and the relaxed vibe of the place. Each interaction with staff members left us further impressed to the point that we know we have to come back and stay. On the second day, we booked the spa, and because it was quiet we had it to ourselves for 2 hours, with free use of the pool, sauna, and steam room completely for us. The spa is serene and was the perfect temperature. The pool isn't big but gives you plenty of space to relax and enjoy. The sauna and steam rooms worked perfectly, they were the right temperature and were very relaxing. On the first evening, we opted for the wine flight and we were served by the fantastic Vukasin who honestly went above and beyond at every opportunity to make us feel so welcome and appreciated. It came to the point where we were looking forward to coming back to the hotel each day to chat with him! He explained everything about the wines in perfect English and made sure that we were looked after throughout the tasting and beyond. There was also a girl who served us on both days we attended the restaurant who had only worked there 2 days. Her English was absolutely faultless and she was always so friendly and smiling whenever we saw her. Just another member of staff who made the Helvecija experience unforgettable.

We really appreciate that they have 24/7 reception and we were able to check-in in the middle of the night after a long road trip! The room was perfect with very modern design&furniture and the windows were very good, not even hearing a lawn mower or the church bells from across the street! Everything was very clean and the staff was very friendly!

Casa Marica está ubicado en Băile Herculane, a 34 km de Iron Gate I, y tiene un jardín, una terraza y un bar. Absolutely wonderful, as usual. The breakfast is very good, the thermal pool is wonderful ( hot water, refreshed every day). The sun lounge is small but accomodating, right next to the river, like the pool. A good experience.
