The place was clean and very high end, the staff were all very welcoming. Specially Razan. Was very polite and professional and all the people in jeddah actually make you feel like you’re at home all the time.

My room was amazing. The quality of the furniture, fittings, fixtures, accessories is like at premium 5 star hotels (Four Seasons, Mandarin Oriental etc). Friendly and helpful staff. Great price. Good location - in terms of location I am not the best advisor as it was my first visit to Jeddah and I don't know the city well enough to give an objective review. In addition, in room dining quality of food was great but be aware that the portions are huge!
