Our stay in the hotel was amazing. The staff at reception and in the restaurant were very welcoming and supportive, especially Elan. She provided all information about hotel and even upgraded our rooms to a suite. The suite was very clean, spacious with a big comfortable bed, big very clean bathroom with all amenities, soft bathrobes and slippers. We also had a nice tasty dinner at the hotel in the evening.

I loved my stay at the property. The room was comfortable, well equipped, and the heating was a real bonus during the unexpectedly cold weather. Yes it's the first year of the resort and the staff makes all that s possible to suffice. Yet they are from around the world the most profeccient and rhoughtfull, yet kind people. From the arrival to the departure transfer in orange Lucid car to the RSI airport. Totally in awe.

Shebara Resort tem acomodação 5 estrelas com piscina ao ar livre, restaurante e bar em Ḩanak. I loved the futuristic view and the staff were amazing especially Mariam at the Italian restaurant, Ivan was so quick to help with everything ❤️Definitely have to go back
