Set in Dutovlje, 19 km from Trieste Train Station, G House offers accommodation with a private beach area, free private parking and a seasonal outdoor swimming pool. We had a two-room apartment with a huge balcony overlooking the vineyards. It was a pleasure to meet and talk with the owners while we were there. We had the added breakfast and it was amazing! G House was super nice and a good location for exploring the area’s wineries and farms. I recommend.

It is helmed by the charming chef Uroš Fakuč and every course is personally supervised by him; mouthwatering seafood prepared to perfection! And highly recommend getting the wine pairing; Uroš pairs every course with wine from the region. The meal was so good, we went back the next night; chef Uroš prepared a seven-course meal just for us so that we didn’t have to eat the same thing twice! Talk about personalized service. If you are visiting Slovenia, especially the wine region, there is no reason to look any further than Dam Boutique Hotel and Restaurant!
