I understand why this place is rated an almost perfect 10. We booked last minute (20min prior to arrival) and you would have thought they'd been preparing for us all day. We had the entire place to ourselves during low season but they didn't skimp on anything. I cannot say enough good things about everything from the room to the cellar tour to the fresh made warm croissants at breakfast. It was perfect.

Set in Dutovlje, 19 km from Trieste Train Station, G House offers accommodation with a private beach area, free private parking and a seasonal outdoor swimming pool. We had a two-room apartment with a huge balcony overlooking the vineyards. It was a pleasure to meet and talk with the owners while we were there. We had the added breakfast and it was amazing! G House was super nice and a good location for exploring the area’s wineries and farms. I recommend.

Glamping Senesalina is situated in Kojsko and has a private pool and garden views. There is a private entrance at the holiday home for the convenience of those who stay. Great tiny houses and very friendly staff. Dinner must be consumed at the Main house „Hisa Stekar“: delicious!

Featuring pool with a view, garden and views of pool, Škerlj Wine Estate is located in Tomaj, 18 km from Trieste Train Station. A real gem. We received a wonderful welcome from Mirjana, who greeted us with a glass of her fine Teran and we felt instantly at home. Skerlj is a historic wine estate which goes back six generations to 1788; our room was cosy and full of character with beautiful old furniture. Delicious breakfasts with homemade eggs, local jams and honeys etc. Mirjana gave us some excellent recommendations for dinner both nights. A lovely place to wind down and enjoy the atmosphere with the friendly cats and elderly dog. Thoroughly recommended, we can’t wait to return!

Situated within 42 km of Palmanova Outlet Village and 49 km of Miramare Castle in Kojsko, Kamp Brda Camping and rooms features accommodation with seating area. Absolutely amazing experience in the middle of beautiful nature. Very helpful and kind staff. All meals served were great and delicious. Our room Rožmarin was spacious, clean and comfortable. DAM Hotel is a luxury boutique hotel that is well situated to explore not only the Slovenian wine region, but also to easily explore all of Slovenia's many charms. The hotel is very tastefully decorated and beautifully landscaped, including a newly added pool. There is a lovely bar that serves the restaurant for pre/post dining cocktails and is also used for the breakfast service. Michelin starred DAM Restaurant situated in the hotel is something to be experienced! It is helmed by the charming chef Uroš Fakuč and every course is personally supervised by him; mouthwatering seafood prepared to perfection! And highly recommend getting the wine pairing; Uroš pairs every course with wine from the region. The meal was so good, we went back the next night; chef Uroš prepared a seven-course meal just for us so that we didn’t have to eat the same thing twice! Talk about personalized service. If you are visiting Slovenia, especially the wine region, there is no reason to look any further than Dam Boutique Hotel and Restaurant!

ČEBRON FAMILY ESTATE is situated in Branik and has a pool with a view and mountain views. Boasting a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with an outdoor fireplace. Beautiful surroundings, a charming room, a lovely backyard, and a refreshing pool — all thoughtfully refurbished with great taste and respect for tradition. The wines and breakfast were truly five-star, with special attention to dietary needs, which I sincerely appreciated. We’ll definitely be back!
