Boasting mountain views, 13 Komnata Terchová provides accommodation with a garden and a terrace, around 37 km from Orava Castle. Great location. Views of the mountains from all the windows and the garden table, but only 10 minutes on foot to the supermarket and the bus stop in the town. And this cottage was really near the restaurant in the 'wooden cottage resort' where our accommodation was based. The facilities in the complex where this cottage is situated were lovely, and unexpected.

Offering a garden and mountain view, Horský penzión Šuštiak is set in Terchová, 23 km from Budatin Castle and 33 km from Lietava Castle. The room was really clean. The bathroom too. There was a kitchenette in the room however without a hob. There is a sizeable fridge, a kitchen sink and a kettle. There is a large wardrobe next to it and lots of kitchen cupboards. There is a separate communal kitchen on each floor where you can use the hob, microwave etc (no oven). There is plenty of space to sit and eat. There was always space in the car park. If you plan to leave early for the mountains (we left at 5am) ask the host to open the gate, which is locked at night. The Lidl and Coop shops are 3 minutes away by car. From the balcony there is a beautiful view of the "Sokolie" peak.

Surrounded by the Malá Fatra National Park, Hotel Rozsutec provides elegantly furnished rooms with free Wi-Fi. The Vrátna Ski Resort can be reached within a 10-minute walk. I can't recommend this hotel enough. From the beginning until the very end it was perfection all the way . It's a stunning little gem in the beautiful surroundings of Mala Fatra national park with breathtaking views .Hotel is very clean , nicely decorated, we loved pool and jacuzzi with view , we loved our spacious , tastefully decorated apartment with big balcony ( again with amazing views) For the small hotel such as the choice of breakfast was satisfying and tasty . And last but not least our big thank you to all the staff, everyone was very welcoming , polite and helpful. We will treasure beautiful memories and will be back next August .

Situated in Terchová and only 37 km from Orava Castle, Chata Alexandra features accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. clean and cozy, the fireplace made the evenings, kitchen well equipped, enough room to chill, board games were a nice surprise.

Situated in Terchová in the Žilinský kraj region and Orava Castle reachable within 37 km, Drevenica Desina features accommodation with free WiFi, a children's playground, a restaurant and free private... We enjoyed everything, begining with the accomodation, continuing with the location, panorama, the spa, the tasty food and great homemade beer. The facilities were perfect, and the details for the Christmas holiday made us happy. All of these, along with the snowfall and heavy snow that we were lucky to have, they made us live a real winter story here, so we intend to repeat it next year.

Beautiful accommodation, spacious rooms, very clean, great location to a lot of activities throughout all seasons, welcoming staff. Breakfast was amazing, huge and tasty selection+ the view on mountains. Pool and Sauna - all you need after a hike :) (book in the morning for that day).

Village resort Hanuliak is located in National park Mala Fatra in Belá village near the tourist information centre in Terchová. Guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant or a drink at the bar. Good place, nice rooms and breakfast. Clean pool and sauna. Good service.
