An amazing stay at this wonderful hotel. Starting from the team at the lobby, so professional, friendly and helpful. The rooms were amazing, very spacious,clean and comfortable. A special thank you to Vicky at the restaurant, she was so nice, professional and helpful during our lunch,dinner and breakfast. I will never forget the gift she made for me and my wife for our wedding. We can see that she like her job so much. It‘s always a pleasure to see workers like Vicky which made our stay even better. The food was amazing, a lot of choice for thai and western food. I will definitely go back to Melia if I plan a trip back to Chiang Mai.

Well set in Chiang Mai, Aksara Heritage provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, free private parking and room service. This is my third stay here and it was wonderful. The staff, the room and the garden/pool were amazing.

Ideally situated in Chiang Mai, Smile Lanna Hotel features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, free private parking and room service. This was a little oasis on our busy holiday. To come home and just relax by the pool was simply beautiful. Less the 10mins from the airport but we hardly heard a thing. The staff were very attentive and helped us with anything we needed and the rooms were spacious and well maintained.

We loved our stay here, stayed for three nights while exploring Chiang Mai. One of our favourite places we stayed on our 6 week travel around South East Asia! Location was perfect for us and the attention to detail with the facilities was brilliant. Room was light and clean with excellent aircon. Laundry services were so handy and breakfast had a good spread, something there for everyone. The common area of the pool and seating was lovely and we really appreciated the free cold water and treats readily available. The staff were incredibly friendly and warm and looked like they were happy to be there :)

Great location. Excellent staff. Open kitchen with fruit and drinks available 24/7. Room is great and the bed is very comfortable. Sunset on the 4th floor is beautiful.
