The views across a beautiful bend in the river with a backdrop of farmers fields and craggy mountain peaks were absolutely stunning. The grounds were beautifully landscaped, and the pool was gorgeous. Our room was well-appointed, spacious and comfortable. Even though it is a tent, it was very clean and kept cool by the AC. The included breakfast was very good and freshly prepared, and the on-site restaurant had delicious food at reasonable prices. We loved having all of our meals on the deck overlooking the river. There were fun activities included in the price that our family really enjoyed. These included a 30 minute ATV ride, a zip-line, wall climbing, and archery. The location was great. It felt quiet and remote, but there was plenty to do just a short drive away. If you would like to explore the surrounding area, it is very helpful to have a car. All of the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

Offering an outdoor pool and a restaurant, The Xcape River Kwai is located right by Kwai Noi River in Kanchanaburi. Guests enjoy free WiFi access and free bicycle rental. It was one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed.

The villas are really nicely decorated and the best is the huge outdoor kitchen which invites for staying much longer. The breakfast served by the staff at the villa is enormous satisfying Thai and Western palate. We could never finish all. Due to the location, somewhat outside Sangkhlaburi, there was no light pollution and we could unpack our telescope and observe the moon!
