Great location - 10 minutes to the bars/restaurants and beach. Rooms are very new, modern and have great AC. Special mention should go to the staff. I fell extremely ill with food poisoning, the staff were first class getting me medical assistance, ensuring we had provisions to manage it and even taxing us to and from the hospital.

Clean and renovated rooms, most accomodating staff, everybody spoke english well and the facilities are great too. Food selection is good. Sand on the beach was nice and fine. The ocean seems to be at the shallow end where it will take you a long time, maybe around 300m, before you reach adequate depth for swimming and snorkeling. The waves were also moderate making it good for swimming.

Comfortable rooms with air conditioning are provided at Green Bay Samed Resort. Located 50 metre from Haad Sai Kaew Beach, it offers a tour desk and free Wi-Fi access, which is available throughout.

Excellent location, clean rooms and lovely pool area. Breakfast was great - changed a little each day and suited Thai or Western tastes. Act, the manager, maitre d’, receptionist and organiser of anything you wanted to do, was a whirlwind around the place. She was fantastic and so were her staff! Amazing lady and a cracking little place to stay. Would recommend highly.

Vongdeuan Resort is a 7-minute drive from Ao Phai Beach. It offers modern accommodation with free WiFi. Canoeing and snorkelling equipment can be arranged upon request.

The staff at this resort has an exception attitude, full of energy, humor and helpfulness. (exception even for Thai standards, which are very high). Particularly the restaurant staff, with special mentions for Mr. Po, Ms. Kaew and Ms. Jo, made me feel welcome and saw to all my needs and requests with lightning speed. The staff at reception were also very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good. Rooms were cleaned properly every day, unless you asked them not to.

Just a few steps away from Ao Klang Beach, Baan Ploy Sea offers room with private balconies. It boasts an outdoor swimming pool and a restaurant. Free Wi-Fi is available in the entire residence.
