The hotel is nice, the staff is very friendly. Excellent breakfast, dinner in the restaurant was also delicious, especially the European menu. We stayed for 2 nights, took a standard room, it is certainly not the best) the audibility is very high, little space, no sense of privacy. But, I’m sure, the rooms is of higher quality and the villas are different.

First of all the welcome and the staff, not only did they accomodate us and provided us with a room early since we arrived with an early flight, but they also upgraded us without even us asking. The pools are just fantastic, easy access, clean, absolutely gigantic so they are never crowded. Beachfront was so quiet and nice, lots of seats and fresh towels, but also kayak, bodyboards, and even a gigantic bucket of kids' toys to play in the sand made available for free. Especially enjoyed the split beaches areas, one for adults with music and a bar, and the second for families, this was perfect. So much activities available to us that we barely scrapped the surface, if you come here for 2 weeks with no plans to move from the resort and have kids you'll get enough to keep them busy. The kid friendly movies next to the beach on the gigantic screen every night, with popcorn or freshly roasted marshmallows. The bed was comfortable, the room clean, and the person in charge of cleaning our room left us wonderful towels and leaves/flower sculptures almost every day, this is the kind of attention that really shows that they care about their guests feeling welcome. And last but not least, the breakfast was an absolute marvel, delicious fresh juices, many different asian cuisines, european as well, there wasn't enough days in a week for us to try everything available. All in all if we come back to the Khao Lak region for future vacation we'll be back at this Marriott without an afterthought.

We spent a beautiful night at the Beyond Skywalk. We opted for the tent, choice that we are very happy with. The tents are clean, air conditioned and offer a wonderful view! Of course keep in mind that you are in a tent, so you will hear the external noises like birds for example. We had dinner at the restaurant and the food was absolutely great, as well as the breakfast that offers plenty of choices (also have the option to order something freshly cooked). The service is very polite (thank you Chuk & Yaya Meena & Nadia that helped us for dinner and breakfast). Stunning views from the pool area too. If you sleep at the hotel, the access to the skywalk is complimentary. I would definitely recommend!
