Guests had the use of umbrellas, flip flops, robes and beach towels. Location was walking distance to Karon beach. Food and spa were excellent. 5 pools all with bar area. Towels replenished daily. A must stay in Karon beach.

We stayed as a family with two children, and it was an excellent choice for a family vacation. The staff deserves special mention. They were exceptionally kind, attentive, and genuinely made an effort to help with every request we had. This included taking great care with a gluten free menu for our child, which meant a lot to us and was handled professionally and thoughtfully. The rooms were clean, well equipped, and comfortable. The pool is beautiful, and the view from the hotel is breathtaking. The food at the restaurant was tasty, and the hotel itself is overall very pleasant and well maintained. Above all, what stood out most was the staff and the overall experience. We enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend this hotel for a family vacation.
