The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. The credit card used at the time of booking must be presented by the guest with positive identification upon check-in at the hotel. For third-party payments, they must be arranged directly with the property in advance by bank transfer or contact the hotel reservation directly. If any payment is made by a third party via credit card and a refund is required in order to process a new payment that matches the guest's name, please be informed that all refunds will be subject to a 3% processing fee deducted from the total amount by the payment system.

For Hotel Guests only with a minimum 5-night stay.

All or none of the guests within the party or reservation are to be under all-inclusive drinks for the entire period of the reservation.

No alcoholic drinks for persons under the age of 18 (measured at time of stay and not time of making booking).

Drinks are to be consumed within the outlet. No takeaways allowed. 5. All-Inclusive Drinks are to be served during the following times at the following outlets only: 11:00 to 21:00 at Ocean Rhymes Restaurant, 11:00 to 19:00 at Blue Heaven/Chaba Pool Bar.

The next drink is to be served only after the previous drink has been fully consumed. Guests are only allowed to order one drink at a time.

Drinks are to be ordered for oneself only. No ordering drinks for other people.

In the event that the Hotel suspects that the guest is abusing the program and not acting in good faith, the Hotel reserves the right to cancel the all-inclusive package immediately without refunds. In this case, the hotel levies a THB 10,000 Fine per guest at the hotel's discretion.

Hotel reserves the right to deny service of alcoholic drinks to guests who appear to be intoxicated to a point that could be a danger to themselves and others at the hotel’s own discretion.

All-inclusive drinks start at 15:00 on the check-in date and end at 00:00 on the check-out date.

Guests are to order from an all-inclusive drinks menu only. The hotel reserves the right to amend the All-inclusive drinks menu without prior notice. All-Inclusive Package: All-Inclusive is a package that includes three meals a day, along with drinks, as specified in the rate. The meals included in the All-Inclusive package can be selected from the Half Board, Full Board, and All-Inclusive Drink menu. The elevator of the Plumeria building is closed from July 14, 2025, to September 13, 2025.

The elevator of the Bird of Paradise building (Building B) will be closed from September 15, 2025, to November 15, 2025.
