We had an amazing stay at Avista Hotel in Patong! The rooms were incredibly spacious — I especially loved the bathtub that’s seamlessly connected to the rest of the room! Everything was spotless, and the level of cleanliness really stood out. The breakfast spread was endless and absolutely delicious. Staff were consistently friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. The amenities were top-notch, and the pools were the perfect place to unwind. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Phuket!

The staff is just beyond extraordinary. The view is breathtaking and you can enjoy it right from your bed! I just loved it

Location and buffet breakfast were great

Everything was perfect. However breakfast was less option but the staff from breakfast was so friendly i forgot her name! I would to try sauna and spa but it was not available. For spa to need pre book at 3 hours ahead which it’s understandable but how is possible sauna it’s not available!!! Anyway I definitely will be back on September with my family!

Easy walk to the beach and market. Spacious room with a large bed, excellent amenities, and cleanliness. Friendly and helpful staff. Two free waters.

The sea views rooms are spactular. The size of the rooms is suitable. New equipment and the attitude of the staff are excellent.

The room we booked was a perfect fit for our friend group. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the rooms were very clean. The staff was friendly, and the lunch we had at the hotel restaurant was very tasty.

Beautiful cleaner apartment not expensive for Thailand but if you get it at the right price it’s a good stay

The location was really awesome, Breakfast was delicious, Overall it was a good stay. We enjoyed our stay there. Hotel staff was really good and very well coming.

Clean and fresh place with a really comfy bed. The bathroom with a nice shower, and having a TV was a bonus after a day out. Location is honestly perfect: close to Patong Beach, but still right in the center so everything’s within an easy walk. Don’t let the low number of reviews fool you - I’d definitely stay here again and I think most people will like it as well:)

Good location, friendly staff, comfortable bed

I had a mobility problem prior to arrival but the staff took it all in their stride. No problem was too small or large. On our last day, our travel to the Airport was not until 4pm, without any fuss, our checkout was approved until 4. The young lady handling our chyeck out was rostered to finish at 4 but she stayed on until our transport was sorted and we were on our way (5.40). Now trhat was customer service taken to another level

Staff service was so excellent from check-in until check-out They were so knowledgeable on answering all your questions especially where to get a good Thai authentic food .Room interiors was so new n clean.
