No pushback like "Sorry, it is too late, will look into it tomorrow", "sorry we can't fix that". All issues were late (10pm+), and all were addressed pretty much immediately. This is our second time at this property- it is a great hotel for quiet and chill time. All though it is not located at the beach- for the price - you can’t beat it for the quality. They offer regular shuttles into the main areas throughout the day. There are local restaurants and a brand new 7-11 just opened beside the hotel. The staff are very friendly and super clean. It’s too bad they don’t offer breakfast, but there are local restaurants near by that we have tried and are just as good as in town. We liked it so much we cancelled one of our hotels, to return and end our holiday here.

Surprisingly, we were almost alone in the hotel - just one other couple was staying there. Since we love quiet places, it was perfect. No one disturbed us, and we practically had both pools to ourselves. We enjoyed peaceful walks along the beach, listening to the sounds of nature. In the morning, the hotel staff prepared breakfast for us, and we left with happily full stomachs.
