You don't pay for luxury in this type of facility. It is nice, but luxury looks different (unless you pay for a private villa). You pay for perfect service. Had 3 issues, all 3 addressed. No pushback like "Sorry, it is too late, will look into it tomorrow", "sorry we can't fix that". All issues were late (10pm+), and all were addressed pretty much immediately. Staff is kind (Thai level plus plus kind). Enjoy your stay here

This is our second time at this property- it is a great hotel for quiet and chill time. All though it is not located at the beach- for the price - you can’t beat it for the quality. They offer regular shuttles into the main areas throughout the day. There are local restaurants and a brand new 7-11 just opened beside the hotel. The staff are very friendly and super clean. It’s too bad they don’t offer breakfast, but there are local restaurants near by that we have tried and are just as good as in town. We liked it so much we cancelled one of our hotels, to return and end our holiday here.

Surprisingly, we were almost alone in the hotel - just one other couple was staying there. Since we love quiet places, it was perfect. No one disturbed us, and we practically had both pools to ourselves. We enjoyed peaceful walks along the beach, listening to the sounds of nature. In the morning, the hotel staff prepared breakfast for us, and we left with happily full stomachs.

This hotel is a fantastic place to stay. The owners are the sweetest, most thoughtful and lovely people. They treat you with warmth, smiles, hospitality, kindness and helpfulness. All the staff are super sweet, smiling, service minded, kind and friendly. I really appreciate having met these people who made my extended stay at the hotel fantastic. The hotel is always clean and welcoming. The rooms are large and match the description and pictures perfectly. All rooms have balconies and I enjoyed sitting out there watching the sunrises and sunsets. The rooms has a safe, the closet have a lot of hangers (This is always something that most hotels don’t have enough of), there’s a kettle they fill with fresh water every day, complementary coffee and 2 bottles of water every day. The room is also equipped with plates, bowls and cutlery if you want to order food and eat in the room. I only used the pool once as it was too cold for me. I was there in December and January which are the coldest months in Thailand and at the same time there was quite a bit of wind this year. But the pool area is really nice and welcoming. The hotel is within walking distance of most things for those who like to walk. You can also very easily find a tuk tuk or taxi right on the main street. You can also use Bolt, Grab and Foodpanda here without any hassle. It’s also no problem getting picked up by tour operators at this hotel. The beach is on the other side of the main street, but there is both a bridge and a pedestrian crossing so you can easily cross the road. I really enjoyed my time here. Thank you to the owners and the staff for an amazing time.

We felt so comfortable that we extended it twice. The rooms are very nicely decorated and spacious. The pool is beautiful and the terrace invites you to relax. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. The food in the café is very tasty. We also liked the homemade baguette very much. We got every wish fulfilled. A very special thanks to Ana, who was at our side with advice and action. Free transfer to the market, doctor, pharmacy, etc. Thank you very much for that.
