After a long overnight intercontinental flight, we arrived at the hotel in the dead of night—exhausted, jet-lagged, and desperately needing rest. What could have been a frustrating wait until check-in time turned into one of the highlights of our trip, thanks to the exceptional staff and the overall charm of this place. The location is spot-on: right in the thick of things, just steps from the bustling night markets and vibrant street life, yet tucked away enough to offer peaceful nights. You can dive into the energy of the city whenever you want, then retreat to quiet comfort without the constant noise. The entire hotel feels like an art gallery—thoughtfully curated pieces adorn the walls and common spaces, giving it a sophisticated, creative vibe that sets it apart from standard accommodations. Our room was spacious and inviting, with modern comforts and a cozy atmosphere, even though it didn’t have the river view (those are a nice bonus if you can get them). Up on the rooftop, there’s a lovely pool and bar—perfect for unwinding with a drink while taking in the city skyline. What truly stood out, though, was the staff’s resourcefulness and genuine helpfulness. Arriving in the early hours, we half-expected to camp out in the lobby until morning. Instead, the night receptionist went above and beyond: for a small additional fee, she managed to arrange a temporary room so we could shower, relax, and catch a few hours of proper sleep right away. That small gesture made all the difference after a grueling flight, and we’re still grateful for it. Overall, this hotel strikes the ideal balance between convenience, style, and service—making it a fantastic base for exploring the city while feeling truly taken care of. Highly recommended for anyone wanting comfort without sacrificing location.

Excelente hotel en todo sentido. El personal es muy amable desde que llegas hasta que te vas, facilitan las cosas, siempre están para apoyar (el último día me quedé sin efectivo y me cambiaron ellos mismos dólares). El desayuno era increíble siempre bien atendido. Las habitaciones cumplían en tamaño y comodidad. Estaba muy bien ubicado en 4 de las 10 atracciones que puedes ver en Bangkok. Me quedó notablemente con el personal y su calidez en la atención.

Elegent hotel so comfortable rooms are large. Staff are very helpful. Around the hotel when you turn right immediately there are lots of restaurants amd big supermarkets. Infront of the hotel also but i did not give there. Special thanks to Nicha mon from reception who guided me for supermarket and other places. Everything. The service from check in to check out was great, the rooms are well appointed and the location is ideal for getting around. Food and amenities were top knotch as well. Will definitely return!

La habitación era de tamaño adecuado y muy cómoda. La presión de la ducha excelente. Adicionalmente, dejaban agua de cortesía todos los días. El desayuno muy variado con muchas opciones y todo lo que probamos estuvo muy rico. Aunque la piscina es pequeña es suficiente para refrescarse y las dos veces que fuimos encontramos espacio para sentarnos, nunca estuvo llena. El personal muy amable y atento a cualquier necesidad. La estación de metro Samyan se encuentra a distancia caminable y, en todo caso, el hotel ofrece traslado hasta la estación. En cuanto a la ubicación, el hotel está bien ubicado a distancia cercana en taxi de la gran mayoría de atracciones o lugares de interés. En general, disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia en este hotel.

Eastin Grand Hotel Phayathai está ubicado en Bangkok, a 1,8 km de Siam Discovery, y ofrece alojamiento con una pileta al aire libre, estacionamiento privado gratis, un gimnasio y un jardín. Absolutamente genial. Super lujo a buen precio. La comida es de calidad master chef y a precio razonable. La atención del personal es increible. Todo muy limpio y con vistas impresionantes. Las 2 piscinas infinitas son una maravilla. Una en la planta 22 y la otra en la 38. El chat 24h es genial para cualquier imprevisto o emergencia. Volveremos seguro.
