The apartment was huge, very clean and modern design with a classy view over the whole resort. The staff was very friendly and professional. We had some water leaking in the original room but the staff response was very fast and they changed our room in minimal time. They also accomodated our every need for early check in, luggage care, spa access even before check in and after check out. Not to mention the spa treatments which are also amazing and very well priced. The food was also perfect, i would say it was one of the best restaurants in bodrum altogether.

Ovaj hotel nudi pogled na luku Kusadası's, koja je udaljena 100 metara. Svaka soba ima vlastiti balkon s pogledom na bazen, bar uz bazen i prostor za roštilj. Great location, Perfect harbor and castle view. Staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. I asked the hotel to arrange one day charter taxi and airport shuttle for me. They both were excellent and with good prices.

Everything about this stay was excellent. But most important, is attentive and friendly stuff, who will make you feel most welcomed. The hotel was amazing. Great located. A few minutes away of principal shops and restaurants. The staff was so kind and very helpful. Looking forward to visit it again!

I had an amazing stay at Venzi Hotel. I've never seen a hotel being this attentive, more family like to be honest. The answer is probably YES to your questions. My room was clean and neat. Breakfast was top notch. Definetly reccomend!
