For a family with an 8 month old infant, the room was well equipped and a cot was provided. The windows closed well, reducing outside noise. The washing machine and kitchenette were life saviours. Staff were welcoming and very helpful. Family friendly. Housekeeping team were efficient, cleaning the room whenever we left. Breakfast was excellent and well presented. Facilities were quite good, with a well equipped gym. For Alanya, location is excellent, a couple of minutes' walk away from a nice sandy beach. Generally peaceful and quiet.

The staff were very nice and accommodating, we got early and left late but the staff was amazing and offered us tea while we were waiting for our room by the pool. The room was clean with a nice view from the balcony.
