Everything was clean, well-organized, and perfectly maintained. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. The outdoor heated pool was one of the highlights of the hotel, and the spa was exceptionally clean and relaxing. Even the sports shop inside the hotel was beautiful, and I ended up buying a few things from there. Overall, everything about my stay was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Guests can benefit from indoor pool and free WiFi throughout the property. it was an amazing trip, it exceeded our expectations and we might make it an annual trip! Here is a great family atmosphere with fresh oxygen from the forest. It's like medical cure to get the brain cool. The restaurant is very delicious with fresh marmalades and kaymak from local villages; I had never had such a pure taste before. Thanks for making this place.

We had an amazing time staying at this hotel. The view and the facilities were excellent. The staff were very professional yet friendly and accommodating, especially the Front Office team of Mr. Mehmet Kiral and Ms Serap. We also enjoyed the delicious buffet spread at its restaurant. The waiters were friendly and helpful too especially Mr Ozgur. Well Done!

The gym was well equipped and the spa very nice with sauna, hammam but also swimming pool and Turquish baths. The restaurant accepted to serve dinner until 9.30pm/9.45pm over the three nights I spent there and the food was good. Staff was really nice and smiling in the restaurant but also in the spa where the lady was super helpful and smiling.
