Very professional and friendly staff, excellent breakfast, calming and relaxing hot springs, a private hot spring bath at our balcony with a magnificent view ( we stayed on 7th floor) was a bonus! The hotel provides a free bike rental and a free carpark, both very convenient for us. We did some shopping at their cosmetic minishop ( a herbal hand cream will remind me about this relaxing stay). I had an incredible experience at this hotel from start to finish. The staff was warm, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail in everything—from the fresh linens to the complimentary toiletries. The body wash, shampoo and hair treatment is superb and I love its fragrance I wanna buy the same brand. The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to see and do, yet quiet and peaceful at night. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, stress-free hotel experience. Truly a 5-star gem!
