Every morning during breakfast, he makes the rounds to check on guests and ensure everything is running smoothly. His attention to detail and personal engagement ensured we felt valued and well taken care of throughout our stay. You could see that he truly cares about the guests and the quality of the experience. Thank you to the entire team at Zan Beach Resort for making our vacation unforgettable. My room was simple but very clean. The staff at the reception were very helpful; they even made my tour reservations. The hotel’s lighting at night was also quite sufficient. Its proximity to the sea is a big advantage. The bar area is very enjoyable in the evenings

The room was well designed with direct access to the beach. The ambience was very elegant and the design is well thought through. We really loved the amenities like beach towels, hats, etc kept for us. This was one of the best place we have stayed this year and great value for money! Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay, everything was smooth, even with our late-night check-in. The room had all the essentials (fridge, hair dryer, hangers) and we felt safe and comfortable the whole time. A huge thank you to the staff, especially Olivia who went the extra mile and was incredibly sweet and helpful.
