Neptune Ngorongoro Luxury Lodge is situated in the Karatu district surrounded by the highlands of Tanzania and the world heritage site namely the Ngorongoro Crater. The room was so good, clean and big enough for a family. The staff were so nice and polite. The food was good quality, a la cart menu.

The team managing the property and hosting guests were very friendly and accommodating, ensuring every need was met with care. The food experience was equally great, with Margaret and Eva preparing delicious meals. A highlight of my visit was exploring the surrounding natural beauty and landscape under the guidance of Kaibu, offering me also valuable insights into the Maasai culture.

A beautiful lodge by Lake Natron, perfect for relaxation. The food was truly impressive—everything was freshly prepared, varied, and even included delicious vegan options. The pool offers a stunning view of the surrounding landscape and volcanoes, making it a perfect spot to unwind. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with everything you need, including mosquito nets for a comfortable stay. The staff was incredibly attentive and took great care of us throughout our visit. We can wholeheartedly recommend this lodge and would love to return!
