The staff and managers went above and beyond to make us feel truly welcome and cared for. The food was outstanding, every day brought a new dish prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. They also arranged a fantastic boat trip to Maziwe Island, where we had a great time. We loved exploring the reef at low tide, unwinding by the pool, and enjoying delicious cocktails with a breathtaking ocean view. I would highly recommend spending at least 2-3 days here, as there are plenty of activities to enjoy and discover. 😍

Just a few steps away from the beach, Barry's Beach Resort offers accommodation near Sange Village. The resort has an outdoor pool and restaurant. We choose Barrys to get away from all the stress and commerce that always follows you when one travel to touristic places. Barrys is located far away from anything. It is you together with the silence, waves, and lovely staff. We took the boat from Zanzibar and stayed for four days. It is one hour drive to Saadani national park where you can see all animals but Rhinos and Cheetas. Our safari was a great animal experience with packed breakfast and lunch prepared by Deodatha and her staff. You will be taken care of in the best possible way by Barry, Deodatha, and staff.

Situado numa floresta de manguezais com acesso a uma praia de areia, o Bahari Pori Resort dispõe de uma piscina exterior. We loved absolutely everything! If you’d like to experience the real Tanzania, to see the authentic life and some peace and quiet (recommended for example when you’re on the way from Dar to Lushoto or you just have a few days after/before Zanzibar), we can’t recommend Bahari more! Francesco, the owner, is an amazing italian guy who made us feel at home and truly taken care of. He also showed us around and helped with our transportation. His level of hospitality is amazing. The accommodation is comfy and pretty and we would definitely come back again.
