I locked myself out of the room and it took me 3-4 minutes to get a new key and get back inside my room. the room was spacious and just right with everything we need.

Located 13 km from Mandalay Bay Convention Center, Durango Casino & Resort offers 5-star accommodation in Las Vegas and features a bar. From the time we initially pulled up to the valet, everything was uphill from there. The valet attendants were all very pleasant, helpful and accommodating. Same for both bell captains, excellent! The front desk, the George, the location were ALL top-notch. Although that was our first time staying at the Durango, it certainly will not be our last time. In fact, we've already said we will be coming back next year for our annual Jazz Festival. We also shared our experience with several friends, and they will stay there as well. Thank you for a WONDERFUL experience!

Location was superb. Very close to the airport, walking distance to the Strip and the Monorail. View was magnificent. Everything was exactly as described. Communication was seamless and the host was very quick with her responses.
