Lovely hotel with exceptionally friendly staff who go the extra mile. We had a great time with our two little ones and enjoyed the pool, the breakfasts, and the proximity to Disney and shops, etc. Huge thank you to the staff who doted on our kids - including personally taking a toy apart to install batteries so our daughter would have a functioning bubble wand at Disney. Thank you so much!!

Breeze into one of the Universal parks up to an hour earlier than regular guests with Early Park Admission* (valid theme park admission required; select attractions). The property was beautiful. Very convenient with the busses going to the parks and the cafe and the starbucks on property. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the pool.
