Excellent hotel for our stay in Pigeon Forge. Staff were very friendly and happy to help. We were able to check in slightly earlier with no issues, and they were also happy to store our luggage after check out for the rest of the day, as we were heading to Dollywood. The room was nice and spacious with a large comfy bed and modern/clean bathroom. Plenty of parking and easy to get to. Would happily stay again.

The hotel is really great—spotlessly clean, the mattresses are incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast is absolutely delicious. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay. My wife and I stayed there for 6 nights, and we absolutely loved our stay. The staff was very friendly, and they do a lot to make your stay comfortable. The 17.30 snack, three drinks per person for free, and snacks and food. We liked the breakfast a lot. We loved the pool and the hot tub. We loved everything about it, and the location is just perfect. 5-minute walk down to Broadway.

Located amidst the shopping, dining and entertainment on Island at Pigeon Forge, this hotel features both indoor and outdoor pools, along with an outdoor lounge area and a firepit. Everything was so clean and comfortable it was a wonderful experience with activities for everyone all around for young and old. We loved it.
