The pick up point is only a couple hundred metres from the lower floor exit at Arrivals and shuttle service arrived 10 min after calling the front desk, no pre-booking, with a roughly 8 min drive which was heaven for a long distance traveler arriving late in the evening.

Rooms were exceptional based on space and cleanliness on check-in. The hostess seemed annoyed upon check-in and it continued throughout our stay when we had to approach the front desk. The rest of the staff were beyond accommodating and friendly, so it was very strange and seemed out of place and off-putting the four times we went to the front desk, from check-in to check-out.

Located amidst the shopping, dining and entertainment on Island at Pigeon Forge, this hotel features both indoor and outdoor pools, along with an outdoor lounge area and a firepit. Everything was so clean and comfortable it was a wonderful experience with activities for everyone all around for young and old. We loved it.
