The front office team added such a thoughtful personal touch, which made my stay feel extra special, and the restaurant staff were just as wonderful — always accommodating and genuinely caring. The property itself is beautifully modern, exceptionally clean, and has a lovely boutique charm. The location is absolutely perfect for anyone visiting Hanoi — right in the heart of everything but still peaceful and relaxing. Aurora Oriental Hotel is easily one of the best boutique hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I’m already looking forward to coming back again — thank you for making my stay so memorable!

My second visit to this hotel, and this time around was also flawless. I was “welcomed back” so they obviously pay attention to repeat guests. Thoughtful gift was waiting in the room for me. Price has increased since my last visit but I still think it represents very good value. The staff really set this hotel apart from others, I really liked how the staff member who checks you in also gives you their contact details and they act as concierge throughout your stay. In this case Judy, who helped us multiple times booking tickets to shows and tours, organising transports, dinner reservations etc etc. She was brilliant and definitely deserves a pay rise. Another thanks to Mark, we had a few problems during our stay (completely out of the hotels control and frankly not their problem) but he was very courteous and swift in assisting us and resolving our issue. He is a great staff member. I can highly recommend the couples spa package. Approx 3 hours in total and completely private.

Objekt Five Star Westlake 1st-4th Floors Hotel & Serviced Apartment smješten je u Hanoiu, na 1,7 km od znamenitosti Pagoda Satu Tiang, te nudi smještaj koji sadrži besplatne bicikle, besplatno... Loved it! Best breakfast we've had in our time in Vietnam. Great spacious room with a fancy Japanese style toilet. Highly recommended.

Objekt GM Premium Hotel u Hanoiu ima vanjski bazen, fitness centar, terasu i bar. Service attitude of all staff was excellent. From check in till we check out, we will treated so well. Special shout out to Vivian who greeted us during check in, brought us to our room and even accompanied us to the in house restaurant, which by the way has very nice dishes. My children love the food! We had to check out very early on the next morning. The gentleman at the front desk already know we planned to bring some breakfast on the go, he called the restaurant to preempt them. About the rooms, they were clean, good sound proofing. Location was convenient in The Old Quarters. I will definitely stay at GM Premium again if I return to Hanoi.

Near to train station, most of landmarks, just ask what you need to do and helpful desk/ concierge/ receptionist will help you right away.
