Well equipped gym and nice rooftop pool. Staff were super helpful and enthusiastic. Breakfast spread was good. Chose to have dinner in the hotel on one night. Food took some time due to a large party. The staff were super apologetic.

They welcomed us very warmly, gave us detailed information about the hotel itself and things to do in the neighborhood, and patiently answered all our questions. They made us feel very comfortable from the very beginning. The service from the staff at the restaurant was also very good. The breakfast had many choices and all were delicious. The location of the hotel is also great. It is within walking distance to the Old Quarter but away from the noise. The room was very stylish and clean. The bed and pillows were so comfortable that I can easily say it was one of the best hotels we have slept in. We are very glad to have stayed in GM Premium hotel.
