Well situated in the centre of Hanoi, CLASSYC Hotel offers air-conditioned rooms, an outdoor swimming pool, free WiFi and a fitness centre. Excellent location. Staff were super friendly and accomodating. We stayed here for our honeymoon and the staff suprised us with a treat when we arrived and when we were leaving. Breakfast was very good so the a wide variety of choices.

Hotel in an excellent location in the old city, walking distance to the lake. The hotel is renovated, opened a few months ago. Everything is nice clean and polished. The room was amazing. Breakfast in the dining room on the 9th floor with a rich buffet, when you can order free special dishes (e.g. Benedict meal). The hotel manager took care of us personally, the reception staff took care of us the whole time. excellent service!
