I never take the time to come rate hotels here, but this time i needed. They were perfect from the very beginning until the last minute. So kind all the people working in there. Rooms are amazing and super clean!

Very good location in the old city. Staff were exceptional efforts to assist advise and help organize to make our visiting place, tour. They were very kind when we left and saw us to the door. Room was comfortable and very well equipped. We loved the armatures in the bathroom. They were beautiful. Breakfast was very good in terms of variety. The staff there were very kind and fulfilled our requests. Bar on the top floor was nice. Food was good and well priced. If I come to Hanoi again, I will definitely stay at May de Ville Crown.

I will give a 10 because there is no way to give a 19. We travel with 2 kids and during every second that we were there all the team tried to made us happy. Big room with 2 floors. Washing machine and dryer, cleaning the room every day, very good breakfast. In total a 19 over 10

GM Premium Hotel has an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, a terrace and restaurant in Hanoi. The staff greeted us with tea and a warm welcome. They allowed an early check in and held our bags after checkout. We almost missed our bus but they jumped to the rescue. This is a 100 percent recommend for this hotel. Thom was AMAZING.
