Ideally set in Hanoi, Aurora Oriental Hotel offers 5-star accommodation close to Thang Long Water Puppet Theater and Trang Tien Plaza. Just outside the weekend walking street area. Comfortable bed , very clean and just recently opened. Breakfast was great with many Asian and European choices. The staff were the best- everyone went out of their way to make sure our stay was memorable. I couldn't fault the hotel at all.

The spa amazing as well with the best quality of massage and individually adjusted to your needs! I had a small incident in the spa, my massage was not strong enough one day, the reception got informed at the same time and already next morning they made up to us with a voucher to the spa and asked for a stronger masseur to me! They even babysitted my 5 month baby so we could enjoy a relaxing couple massage! And they did it with smiles and happiness! The laundry service one of the best as well, I trusted my expensive dresses and I got almost my whole luggage laundered ready to be packed for my trip back home. I almost cried when I said goodbye to people there, we got a goodbye present as well from them! Amazing experience unforgettable and I will definitely come back soon. You made med love Vietnam even more and your service made me considering visiting your hotel as a rutine trip every single or every second year. I miss you guys! And it takes 10 mins to the Lake and night market. Staff in hotel are nice! Jack is a good helper and solved issues immediately and considerately. I would recommend this hotel. Massage is great! Be careful about the cafe and restaurants around the hotel. Better go to those beside Lake.
