The food was delicious and the rooms were clean and comfortable, but the staff truly made this experience. They were so attentive and ready to help, namely Grace who checked us in and out. She had such a good attitude and was always ready to help. We never had to worry about any planning or booking because they pretty much had us covered even for last minute requests, so this stay was honestly perfect. However, one thing I’d like to point out as a comment to the general management is to allow the employees to use their real names. I know it’s a consideration about how difficult it is to pronounce Vietnamese names but I think if people are traveling to a new country there’s a responsibility foreigners have to atleast attempt to pronounce words and names as best as they can and not be given a proxy English name to make things easier. I say this because the staff was so great that I wish I knew their real names. Please consider letting them use name tags with their real names.
