I have never experienced hospitality like this at the Classyc Hotel. My best experience in Hanoi was the kindness and genuine care of the people working there. Vietnamese people are incredibly kind in general, but the staff at this hotel are truly exceptional. If you stay here, you will be in the best hands. When we said goodbye, they waved to us as if I were a family member. The rooms are comfy, the food is delicious, and the spa treatments are also great!

I slept very well, and the heated pool was the perfect way to relax at the end of the day. Highly recommended!
