Tracy at the front desk was very helpful when checking in early. She did her very best to accommodate me as I traveled from the Middle East and arrived early. We met Ann at breakfast and she was very helpful with explaining about the breakfast and check-out process.

Absolutely 5 star service. Staff are ALL extremely friendly. Brealfast was delicious, cocktails were delicious. They ugraded us to a better room simply because the room was not yet booked. The massages were very good. The location is also perfectly located in Old Quater. I would definitely stay here again if i visit Hanoi again.

Every single person we met was so kind, thoughtful, and genuinely cared about making our stay unforgettable. They didn’t just do the basics, they went out of their way to make everything easier and better for us. The heated pool was fantastic—clean, spacious, and a great spot to unwind. The water was just the right temperature. The breakfast was another big plus. There were lots of options. Everything tasted fresh, and the coffee was great.

I like the hotel, but what I like the most it was the staff, really kind, gentle, awesome, great people! We did not speak English and they communicate with my daughter all the time to make sure we were ok and all set. Nobody has done for us (65-68 years old) we are highly grateful for the experience, We hope to see the people working there again. its a really homey place. we loved. Muchas gracias, excelente servicio, muy dedicados y amables, nos ayudaron en absolutamente todo! siempre agradecidos.

Location is perfect, just around the corner from the cathedral on a lively street and 10min walk from Old Quarter and 5min drive to e.g. Temple of Literature. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive and helpful! Breakfast was very good, a lot of choices and healthy options. Pool and bar area very nice and above all the noise and heat, very enjoyable. Would stay here again :)
