The staff was very gentle and helpful in organizing trips and activities (trekking starting directly from the hotel). Very good restaurant.

I highly recommend you stay at this location. The villa is quite new. The facilities are amazing, well maintained and clean. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. We arrived early in the morning. Once I had booked my stay, I messaged to see if they could allow us to have an early check in. They said for a very small fee it would not be a problem. If our room was not available, they had a small room we could use until it was. They also helped us arrange a taxi from Sapa town. They were very responsive on booking before our trip and very helpful once we arrived. The food in their restaurant is delicious and very reasonably priced. Especially considering the location is more remote. I would highly recommend you stay here.

Supan Ecolodge has an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a shared lounge and terrace in Sa Pa. Among the various facilities are a bar, a spa and wellness centre, as well as barbecue facilities. The room was warm and equipped with air conditioning, which was a blessing during the winter season in Sapa, providing ding plenty of space to relax and enjoy my stay. Couldn’t ask for more. Very friendly staffs!
