We spend 3 days (2 nights) and could easily have used one day more just sitting watching the landscape.

Staff, especially Chau, were super helpful and we spoke on WhatsApp in advance of my trip to plan activities like trekking. I appreciated that they were honest about when you did or did not need a guide. They answered my general questions about Sapa too. Room was huge and very clean and comfortable. Pool is quite small but has beautiful views! Very cold but worth it to enjoy the view.

Situated in Sa Pa, Hotel de la Coupole - MGallery features a heated indoor swimming pool, spa and fitness centre. A truly remarkable experience, 5 star services and the stuff was always friendly and willing to help you. The breakfast was magnificent and we also enjoyed the spa facilities that it was beyond anything that we tried till now. If you will be in Sapa that’s the hotel you have to treat yourself. Best experience ever.

We absolutely loved our stay at Pao's. It looks exactly like the photos (which is not always the case), was very comfortable and all the staff were lovely. We had originally stayed for 3 nights, and ended up extending an extra 9 because it was such a nice place to base ourselves. The value for money was second to none. Views over the valley from the balcony were outstanding. The desk in the room had plenty of space to work, and there were common seating areas if you wanted to have a change of scenery. The breakfast buffet had something for everyone. We also utilized the gym quite a bit (the full set of dumbells was great). We had originally thought it may have been a little far away, but the walk to town is actually very easy. They also have the free shuttle that runs basically every 2 hours, or you can just take a paid electric vehicle from the door.

We had a room with a balcony and a beautiful mountain view. The room was clean and spacious. The location is excellent—within walking distance to the city center, and there are supermarkets, restaurants, shops, and spas everywhere.

Objekt My Garden Villa u Sapi nudi pogled na planinu, vanjski bazen, vrt, zajednički salon, terasu i bar. Dostupan je besplatan WiFi u cijelom objektu. The staff were absolutely amazing ! They were so helpful and accommodating to everything we needed. The food in the restaurant was really good. The chefs are top class. They organised taxis for us and waited up for us when we had got delayed and had to check in late.
