The hotel made our stay special by providing a birthday cake and upgrading our room. What truly stood out to me was the exceptional service from the staff, especially the lady at reception who handled our check-in and check-out. She was incredibly polite and even gave me a cute souvenir at departure—thank you so much; we absolutely loved it! The room was spotless, and the breakfast offered a delightful mix of international and traditional Vietnamese dishes, all of which were delicious. This stay exceeded my expectations, and I can't wait to return to Sapa and stay at Pistachio Hotel again!

Situated in Sa Pa, Hotel de la Coupole - MGallery features a heated indoor swimming pool, spa and fitness centre. Fantastic location, right by the cable car, very connected to all the shops. Friendly and helpful staff, and great breakfast buffet. We had a great time.

I Sa Pa, 15 kilometer fra Fansipan Legend kabelbanestopp, ligger Muong Hoa Eco Villa, som har et utendørsbasseng, gratis privat parkering, en hage og en fellesstue. The hotel was a great location for us, it was peaceful and a bit remote from Sapa town. It was a great place to relax in the morning or evening after a long trekking day. But what really made our stay special was the staff, especially Huyen and Lee, they were so welcoming and so helpful with everything. If you are staying here, we definitely recommend doing a trekking with Lee, she showed us around the mountains for a day trip. She was a great local guide with so much knowledgeable and stories, we can’t recommend enough!
